We are baseball fans in this house. Big time. The official family team is the Oakland Athletics. My five-year-old is OBSESSED with watching baseball. She kinda-sorta understands most of it, as well as I do anyway. We were watching a game back in August, and we noticed a sign for "Star Wars Fireworks! September 14!" Well...she is also obsessed with Star Wars. (We had a Star Wars birthday party this year. I even made a Death Star Pinata and an x-wing dress.) So the husband and I decided this would be a great time to take her to her first baseball game. The awful ride up there notwithstanding (tl;dr don't go to Oakland when Mana is playing at the arena.) we had a great time, and the home team even won!
You know, of course, my nails had to match.
And I'm obsessed with water marbles now.
