Nebula (or galaxy) nails are the gateway drug of nail art. This design was among the first detailed, "serious" bits of nail art I tried. It's super simple: all you really need is a bunch of colors, a couple of toothpicks (or a dotting tool), and a cosmetic sponge. I realized the other day that I had yet to do it since we started rambling and ranting on the internets...so I had to do it. For Science.
