Slimdown Saturday: I Really Am Back!

Another quick update, because I haven't slept well and I'm grumpy from breaking a nail....but I'm back down to 201 and I feel back on track.  The nail is patched, but I could sorta blame my diet for it.  I was halving acorn squash when the knife got stuck.  In the struggle to unstick it, I whacked the back of the chef's knife on the underside of my left index.  Leave it to me to cause damage with the dull side of a blade.  Hardly the first time.

Anyway...I'm too busy dwelling on that to think what to write for tonight.  At least I have a tasty roasted squash to fill with homemade that's kinda something.  Barely any calories in that.  It's one of my favorite healthy fall meals.

Tomorrow I'm walking in the Philadelphia Out Of The Darkness walk.  I decided that I'd feel better walking with Zeus than worrying the whole time, plus it's good exercise.

Maybe next week I'll finally get around to writing about what I eat....maybe.
