Slightly Less-Tacky Neons

Loud colors are awesome, and nothing is louder (and therefore more awesome) than neon. They are so hard to do well, but when they are good...they are fabulous. OPI put out a "neon" collection for summer, but it isn't loud enough for me (plus I'm cheap). I decided I needed some real neons...and gradients.

Colors Used:
Sinful Colors Dream On (old formula)
Sally Girl Cool

If you have ever worn a neon, you know that 90% of them need a white base, or else they just look blah. This wonderful 99c polish from Sally's does not require a white, and is opaque in two coats. This is actually my second bottle of it...many years ago, when I had but 15 bottles of polish, I broke a few inside the tote box they lived in. This god-awful pink was one of them...and it got everywhere. Some of my tools still have flecks of neon pink here and there.
