My Top 5 Favorite SFW Nail Colors

Ok, so maybe SFW (safe for work, by the way) doesn't really apply to my life. Pretty much whatever color I'm feeling is "SFW". But some folks have actual job-type-jobs, and have to look professional...and I love a good nude/neutral color. It's a palette refresher for me. I decided to get my favorites together since I have the new spiffy lights for a portrait.

Butter London All Hail the Queen
Milani Dark Coffee
NYC Fashion Safari
China Glaze Camisole
Rimmel London Steel Grey

China Glaze Camisole

It's a bit thin, but not terribly. Just thin enough to be easy to apply, but not so thin you need a billion coats. I used two coats here, plus I sponged on another layer to obliterate the streaks. This is the streakiest thing I've ever used. But it's a pretty, coppery, cafe au lait kind of color. Definitely flattering for all skin tones.

NYC Fashion Safari

I actually already reviewed this here, so I won't beat a dead horse here. It's a great polish for the price. It dries fast, and needs 3 coats to cover the nail line.

 Rimmel London Steel Grey

I did a shit job of showing this off when I first got it, so it deserves a second chance. It's actually a nice polish. A tiny bit thin, but it has definitely benefitted from a bit of aging, which is nice for a hoarder collector like me. I used 3 coats, just to cover all the thin spots.

 Milani Dark Coffee

I love this polish. I wish I liked more of the Milani polishes. Great thin brush that spreads like warm butter, smooth, even consistency...ah, heaven in a bottle. I have only worn it once before, but I need to definitely make this a regular player.

Butter London All Hail The Queen

This was the first polish I took pictures of in my shiny new/old lightbox. I still like it, but I am no longer over-the-moon about the Butter London formula. I still maintain that it's a ploy to get me to buy the Nail Foundation. I used 3 thick-ish coats to cover my nail line here.
