Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics: Man by Man and Chlorophyll

Most people who know me realize by now that I have a tiny obsession with OCC. I love lip tars, and the polish I tried was amazing. I needed more, so many more. I got lucky, because a dear friend took a trip to NYC and went to the OCC store there...and brought me goodies!

Chlorophyll

This one is amazing, and you know I don't always love greens. Its a dusty jade color...and I'm in love. I need this as my hair color. Completely cream, it is nearly opaque in one coat (just like Strumpet). I needed the extra coat just to cover some light streaks that formed. I find this supremely wearable...for a green.

Man By Man

This one. Man. It's like Zoya Giovanna on steroids. It's a bit thinner than the creams from OCC, but it more than makes up for it by being sparkly as hell.  The super-flecks that give it the amazing punch are a bit muted in dim lighting, but still interesting somehow...like tiny dots of mica in the green-teal base. My only worry is that it will stain my nails like Giovanna.

  1. Wow Chlorophyll looks sooo pretty! I'm a big fan of mint greens and jade greens so I adore it :)

  3. Leloo seems to have a similar formula to Man by Man. It is thin, but has a ton of flecks and glitter in it! I might need to add to the list.....

    1. you do. It's crazy sparkly, especially in low-light. And, amazingly, it didn't stain my nails.

  4. I love Chlorophyll. It's the only OCC I own, but it's one of my most-worn greens :)
